"If you are a tow company and try to help these custumers whom are out of the area do not take their word that they will pay you because that is not correct.I guess being nice and getting help to your clients way sooner than what the clients are told by the third party (that usually dispatches their tow trucks ) is not a priority to this agent.I work with my local agents and have worked with sue in the past with no problems now they cant pay me directly for a service that we rendered to their customer in the middle of winter .Next time I will let the client know they have to wait 3 hours for a truck because they cant pay us for doing the service .That was even after I called and made sure they would send me a check as long as i sent the invoice directly to them once the service was completed,they agreed and i am still not paid.Now I had to contact the insured and tell him that he has an outstanding bill with me and he has to pay it because they are now refusing to pay us."
